Any information submitted through our website, contact forms, consultation requests, project inquiries, or other communication channels is used solely to provide a better customer experience and deliver our services effectively.

The information we may collect includes your name, email address, phone number, project details, property information, installation requirements, photographs, measurements, design preferences, and any additional information voluntarily provided during consultations or project discussions.

This information allows us to communicate with you, prepare project proposals, schedule appointments, coordinate installations, process orders, and provide ongoing customer support.

Target Design does not sell, rent, trade, or distribute personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Information may only be shared with trusted partners, suppliers, installers, manufacturers, or service providers when necessary to fulfill a requested service or complete a project.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through our website and communication channels. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

By using our website and submitting information to Target Design, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

By engaging with Target Design, requesting a consultation, approving a proposal, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All project proposals, estimates, consultations, and recommendations are provided based on the information available at the time of review. Final pricing, timelines, and project requirements may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, customization requirements, measurements, installation complexity, and any modifications requested after approval.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, measurements when applicable, access to the installation site, and timely communication throughout the duration of the project.

Custom wallpaper, printed wallcoverings, logo signs, dimensional lettering, wood paneling, architectural branding elements, and other made-to-order products require client approval before production begins. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing schedules, material availability, shipping delays, weather conditions, installation requirements, or other factors beyond our control.

Due to the custom nature of many of our products and services, most orders are considered final once production has begun.

Custom products and services include, but are not limited to:

• Custom wallpaper printing

• Luxury wallcoverings

• Custom logo signs

• Architectural branding elements

• Wood paneling systems

• Personalized design services

• Custom fabrication projects

Refund requests may be considered only under specific circumstances, including situations where production has not yet started, a confirmed manufacturing defect is present, or an error has occurred directly as a result of Target Design.

Installation services that have already been completed are non-refundable. Design consultations, project planning services, site visits, and custom design work may also be non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Customers must notify Target Design of any concerns, damages, defects, or discrepancies within seven (7) days of delivery, installation, or project completion.

Natural variations in color, texture, material finish, lighting conditions, digital displays, and handcrafted elements are not considered defects and may vary from samples, renderings, or online representations.Exceptions

Please note that we do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders. All sales are final for these types of orders.
